For the “increased safety” type of protection, these sensors are used in temperature measurement in industrial facilities, power plants, electrical machines, traffic engineering, refrigeration and air conditioning technology as well as in the chemical facilities.

The integration into the process takes place either via a permanently welded thread or via a variable cutting ring screw connection. With the intended neck tube length of at least 50mm, the connection head is protected from increased temperatures and at the same time offers the possibility of system-specific thermal insulation.
